Sherry uses Relational Therapeutic approaches when working with clients young and old. Sherry has a particular passion for childhood development, attachment difficulties and relational trauma such as abuse and/or loss/grief. These attachment difficulties may be experienced in adulthood as well, and as such she has often worked with adults who would like to work through childhood difficulties and traumas. She also has experience working with former street children and children who have encountered chronic stress, children with behavioural concerns, anxiety and families in crisis.

Leché Kapp

Leché has a special interest in the benefits of mindfulness when working with mood disorders & stress. She also has an interest in teaching mindfulness to children as a means of regulating behaviour and to parents as a means of fostering increased connection with their children. In addition to mindfulness, Leché works therapeutically with individuals and systems facing a variety of concerns and has also gained experience in neuropsychological assessments. Leché comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of psychology and for the last ten years has worked specifically with adolescents and young adults in the Higher Education arena to enhance their psychological wellbeing.
